Wizards in Harry Potters, Vampires and Werewolves in The Twilight Series, both are a huge success in book and movie. What I am looking forward right now is a movie of Artemis Fowl series. The movie was rumored to be a possibility since 2006 and Eoin Colfer, the author even commented on an interview that he prefers a live action rather than a computer generated imagery version of the book, but until right now there is no formal announcement regarding the movie.
So far, I enjoyed the flow of the story and looking forward for the next book. The 7th book entitled The Atlantis Complex is announced to be released on July 23, 2010 by Amazon. I do not have a copy yet of the graphic novels this time. I am hoping that they will finally shoot the movie this year and the casts will be a good representation of the characters.
