Adidas King of the Road 2010

The Adidas King of the Road or Simply KOTR will be happening this 24th of October 2010. The event will take place in The Fort Bonifaciio Global City with 5K, 10K and 21K categories. The Registration fee will be 850 PhP for all categories. Yes, that’s 850 Pesos.

It’s time for the biggest run once again! adidas Philippines is inviting everyone to participate in the adidas King of the Road (KOTR) happening on October 24, 2010 at the Fort Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. Registration fee for 5k, 10k or 21k is Php 850. It’s a first come, first serve basis.

Rock and Run and a Whole Lot of Rain.

I should be sleeping right now because I’m dead tired after the Rock and Run Event. Well, the run should be named Rain and Run because of the heavy, storm like rain that pours before and all throughout the entire race. The bands that were supposed to perform were not able to make it but the organizers pushed through with the race. It rained hard but the runners ran harder.

I’m not sleepy yet coz I drank a lot of Redbull and Pocari Sweat during and after the race. So, here’s the story of my first run during a heavy rain.

What Earth Run? Feels Like Earth Walk To Me

Earth Run 2010 is a success for me. Despite the “unorganized” distribution of kits in Trinoma and Glorietta 3, and the rumored no energy drinks during stops, the event went well and more than 7000 runners had fun running around the Fort during the race.

Since two Fun Runs took place earlier today, one in Mall of Asia which was sponsored by Nat Geo and Earth Run in the Fort sponsored by Solar Entertainment, it’s not hard to compare the 2 events. According to those who participate in Nat Geo’s Earth Run, they were disappointed by the lack of freebies and water stops service by the organizers. It’s expected that the Nat Geo Earth Run
