I was able to test Sun Broadband outside Manila when we had a road trip to Vigan City in Ilocos Norte. I thought that it won’t work since the advertisement said that Sun Broadband is available only Metrowide. But I was able to connect to the Internet after setting the network to GSM. No 3G or HSDPA, just a connection through EDGE. The speed is slow but usable and stable. Too bad I forgot to do a Speedtest there.
