On her first day as a representative, Gloria Macapagal Arroyo filed a House resolution which calls for a constitutional convention. She co-authored this proposal for amendments or revision to the 1987 Philippine Constitution with her son Camarines Sur Representative Diosdado Arroyo.
This is quite expected. The question is will the others support this knowing the motive behind the Resolution? And how in the first place did the son of an Ex President of the Philippines end up as a Representative of Camarines Sur? What do you think?
